Aerial drone work
What better way to show off the extent of your property than via aerial drone footage and photography. Our drone work can help show off your property in a unique way, and we are now using the DJI Mavic 2 Pro for all our shoots.
Matterport Virtual tours
We utilize the iGuide Camera System, which is the same as Matterport, but faster. Virtual tours include floor plans and room measurements. Click here for samples.
Virtual Tour cost depends on the sqft of the property.
complete package
The complete package includes the entire usable interior, exterior, and any guest extra guest amenities such as a deck, patio, pool, hot tub, game room, fire pit, outdoor seating area, etc.

custom package
The custom package allows you to tell us exactly what you need photographed, whether it’s the interior, exterior, or maybe just a room with new furniture. No job is too small, and we create a custom quote for every client to make sure you get what you pay for.

Do professional photos get more traffic?
Yes, they do. Most listing sites utilize advanced algorithms that can actually analyze the image and rate how “bright” or “clear” it is. Furthermore, the algorithms also keep track of how many people click on each individual photograph. The more clicks you get, the higher your listing appears in the search rankings.
How do you determine the cost?
The cost of our services is based off the amount we are photographing and the distance it takes us to get to your property. Typically, we photograph the entire usable interior, exterior, surrounding views, and any guest amenities such as a pool, deck, yard, game room, etc. If there is any part of your property that does not need photographed, we will adjust our cost.
A typical 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home costs $199 without travel. Travel under 80 miles does not incur extra cost. Please visit our Portfolio to see a sample set of photographs.
How does payment work?
We send an email invoice along with the finished edited photos. You can elect to save your card information so that we can charge it for future shoots, saving you the time of entering your card every time.
How are my photos delivered?
The photos are high quality, high resolution JPEGs that are delivered digitally via Box.com. You will be emailed a link to download all of the professionally edited images. If you have any problems retrieving the images, we would be more than happy to help.
