Do professional photos get more traffic?
Yes, they do. Most listing sites utilize advanced algorithms that can actually analyze the image and rate how “bright” or “clear” it is. Furthermore, the algorithms also keep track of how many people click on each individual photograph. The more clicks you get, the higher your listing appears in the search rankings.
How do you determine the cost?
The cost of our services is based off the amount we are photographing and the distance it takes us to get to your property. Typically, we photograph the entire usable interior, exterior, surrounding views, and any guest amenities such as a pool, deck, yard, game room, etc. If there is any part of your property that does not need photographed, we will adjust our cost.
A typical 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home costs $295 without travel. Travel under 40 miles does not incur extra cost. Please visit our Portfolio to see a sample set of photographs.
How does payment work?
After you have discussed the quoted cost for services, you will receive a written estimate via email. You will need to confirm it by clicking the button labeled “Accept Estimate” within this email. After we have completed the services and the photos are ready to be edited, you will receive an emailed invoice for the cost of the services that were listed on the estimate. Once this is paid, you will receive our delivery email containing a link to download the professionally edited photos.
How are my photos delivered?
The photos are high quality, high resolution JPEGs that are delivered digitally via Box.com. You will be emailed a link to download all of the professionally edited images. If you have any problems retrieving the images, we would be more than happy to help.

We are currently servicing all of Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho.
